Please install this additional update for Windows 7 (KB3033929): x86 version, x64 version. Make sure that Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Update 3 RC is also installed on your computer. Find ‘layout.ini’ file.

Open ‘layout.ini’ with Notepad or any similar text editor, find the string ‘Show UIM drives’ and switch it to ‘on’
Save the file.
